Events Overview

Let’s set Sail on a Sea of Fun and Tradition in 2023.

The Squamish Yacht Club events are designed to be enjoyable and fun for all members. With more than 12 events planned for 2023, including the popular Sail Past with dinner and live music, Seafood night and monthly mariner mixers there are plenty of opportunities to have a good time. Whether you want to participate in the events, volunteer, or simply socialize and make new connections, the Squamish Yacht Club is the place to be. Contact the Staff Captain to get involved.

Mariners Mixers

The Squamish Yacht Club invites all members and guests to join us for our monthly Mariner Mixers, a lively evening of fun and camaraderie at the club’s clubhouse. Each mixer will take place on the second Thursday of the month, and will feature an open bar, light snacks, and plenty of opportunities to socialize and connect with fellow members of the club.
On March, 9th we’re excited to welcome our new bridge, many who will be available to chat and answer any questions. And if you have any creative ideas for how to make these mixers even more fun and memorable, just let our fearless Staff Captain know – they’re always looking for ways to add to the festivities! So don’t miss out on the chance to hoist a mug and make some new friends – we’ll see you at the Squamish Yacht Club for the next Mariner Mixer!

Sail Past, May 13, 2023

Sail Past at the Squamish Yacht Club is a nautical celebration steeped in tradition and brimming with fun! All club members are expected to take part, but if you can’t make it, don’t worry! Just send the Commodore (cc Staff Captain) an email with your regrets. Sail Past is also an opportunity to say thanks to the Commodore for all their hard work over the past year. So cast off the lines, hoist the sails, and let’s set sail on a sea of fun and tradition!
